Bring your jump rope, 5 lb weights, water and a large sweat towel! We jump rope for 30 minutes (yes, 30 minutes), throw in some very challenging cardio drills, run the hilly streets of Milton with an ankle band, add in some intense abdominal, core and glutes work and are done at 6:45am! Bring your energy, stamina and a positive attitude. This class is a blast!
