Concert on the Green at Fuller Village at the Gazebo at 1372 Brush Hill Rd. with The Black Velvet Band
Celebrate summer with a live concert sponsored by a generous donation from the Bank of Canton. For over twenty years, the Black Velvet Band has delighted appreciative audiences with their wide mix of Irish and American music for dancing and listening. The Band blends a crowd-pleasing repertoire that includes Irish rebel and pub songs, traditional Celtic set dances, and ballroom-style dance tunes, American country music, and pop songs and standards from the 1940's, 50's, 60's, 70's and today. In addition to playing weddings, socials, parties, dances, the Band has opened for Irish performers Hal Roach, Paddy Reilly and other international stars. The Black Velvet Band has also headlined numerous Irish festivals and outdoor concerts.
Bring a friend, grandchild or neighbor; this concert is open to guests. Chairs and bug spray will be provided – but if you prefer a lawn chair and additional bug spray, feel free to bring it.
