We combine Kettlebells with gymnastic movements (air squats, sit ups, jumps, dips, handstands and lunges) and metabolic conditioning (running, rowing and jumping rope) to provide a high intensity, constantly varied workout. All of our workouts are scalable so that anyone can complete them regardless of age, ability level, skill, or gender.
