Join professional jam-maker, Bonnie Shershow of Bonnie's Jams, to learn how to make jam with just enough sugar and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to perk up the flavor of perfectly ripe fruit. Bonnie makes her jam without the unnecessary addition of pectin or extra sugar common in commercial jams. The class will cover the process from start to finish and will include preparation (and tasting!) of a jam-filled dessert. All participants will leave with a jar of freshly made jam.
