David Whiting, owner and winemaker of Red Newt Cellars in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York, and the Fruit Center's Tim Paulus, will be joining together for a night of wine and food. Located on the east side of Seneca Lake, Red Newt was founded in 1998 out of a desire to create wines that express the best of New York's terroir. David will join us to discuss and sample wines from his winery and sign bottles after the event. Tim Paulus, the Fruit Center's wine buyer and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, will create four dishes to pair with some of the wines. Join us for this unique, one-night-only event.
