Ron Della Chiesa at Fuller Village

Enjoy three memory-filled evenings at Fuller Village with Boston broadcasting icon Ron Della Chiesa as he shares special moments in his 35 years of bringing music and musical legends alive on stage and over the airwaves.  Sponsored by the Fuller Village Benevolent Fund, the three-part series will begin on Wednesday, September 19th at 7:00 PM in the Function Room at 1372 Brush Hill Rd.  Ron will read excerpts from his new book Radio My Way, recounting his colorful career as a popular and influential radio host.  Join him as he shares some of his personal interviews with celebrities like Luciano Pavarotti, Tony Bennett, Rosemary Clooney and Harry Ellis Dickson.

Part II of the series, Ron’s Magic Victrola, will take place on Wednesday, October 17th at 7:00 PM in the Function Room at 1372 Brush Hill Rd.  Enjoy music from Caruso to Sinatra played on Ron’s personal victrola as he shares special musical memories from the Big Band Days and beyond.

The series concludes with My Life with the Boston Symphony on Thursday, November 15th at 7:00 PM in the Function Room at 1372 Brush Hill Rd.  From his early days with the BSO to special summer weekends at Tanglewood, Ron will recall those magical moments with conductors, composers and soloists who were instrumental in creating a world renowned reputation for the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
