Sean Minor, owner of Four Bears Winery and Sean Minor Wines, and the Fruit Center's Tim Paulus, will be joining together for a night of wine and food. Located in Napa, Sean Minor was founded in 2005 out of a desire to create wines that "exceed your expectations". Sean Minor will join us to discuss and sample wines from his portfolio and sign bottles after the event. Tim Paulus, the Fruit Center's wine buyer and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, will create four dishes to pair with some of the wines. Join us for this unique, one-night-only event.
Your registration includes a sampling of each featured wine, tasting notes, four small dishes prepared by Chef Tim and a $10 Fruit Center gift card.
Cancellation policy: Preparations for classes are based on the total number of attendees. Should you need to cancel your class reservation, you may cancel up to 48 hours prior to the class, otherwise your credit card will be charged.
