St. Patrick's Cooking Demo & lunch. ICC chef Seamus
Healy will demonstrate the cooking of corned beef & cabbage. Seamus provides the perfect ingredients to season the most popular Irish dish. Please plan on bringing a notepad and pen. Following the demonstration you will enjoy a corned beef and cabbage lunch. Begins at Noon. Pre-registration is required $35 for members/$40 general admission.
