Sustainable Milton presents THE COOKBOOK PROJECT

Join Sustainable Milton for a presentation on the topic of Sustainable Food consumption from a global perspective. Our speaker Alissa Bilfield ran 5 pilot projects in Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, and India and has one planned for this winter in Haiti. "The Cookbook Project" works with youth organizations worldwide to run food culture education workshops that focus on sustainable consumption, nutrition, and cooking skills. If time permits, the presentation may include an activity that adults and children would all appreciate -- Food Geography!
