Watch 'Some Like It Hot' at the Library

Join emcee Jeff Stoodt at 6:15 for a trivia quiz and prizes before the 6:30 screening of the movie "Some Like It Hot." 

Billy Wilder directed this legendary comedy, co-written with I.A.L. Diamond, about two musicians who witness the St. Valentine's Day Massacre.  They try to elude their pursuers by joining an all-girl band heading for Miami.

Sensational from start to finish, with dazzling performances by Jack Lemmon and Tony Curtis, and a memorably comic turn by Marilyn Monroe as Sugar Kane  "Some Like It Hot" was released in 1959, is 119 minutes long, and is not rated.   This is a free program.  This film will be shown at 6:30 sharp.
