Hingham Businesses Come Together To Help Milton Family
Thursday's fundraiser in the square will offer appetizers and wine from Square Cafe and 10 percent off to clothing shop Sara Campbell.

Less than six weeks after Milton resident Mark MacDougall passed away unexpectedly, his cousin,ย Square Cafรฉ Executive Chef Andrea Schnell, andย the Hingham community are coming together to raise funds for his family.
MacDougall, age 28, left behind his two young children, Isabella and Charlie, and his wife, Nicole, who was his high school sweetheart. Less than a week before his death, the family had moved into their dream home. Now his family, devastated by their loss, is in financial trouble and the Hingham community has decided to help.ย The Square Cafรฉ along with South Street business Sara Campbell and the Hingham Mothers Club have come together to raise money for Markโs family.
Schnell and some other family members have created the Mark MacDougall Memorial Fund, to raise money for Markโs widow and children. ย ย As part of the fundraising efforts, Sara Campbellย will host a shopping event on Thursday, October 4, from 7-9 p.m. and manager Pam Gillis said she will offer 10 percent off to everyone who shops ย during the event and 10 percent of the proceeds will be donated to Markโs family.

Schnell said Mark was a big fan of Hingham and โ loved Square Cafe.โ
Square Cafe will be providing all food and drinks. The Hingham fundraiser will serve appetizers and wine.

ย Square Cafe and Sara Campbell with both be raffling off gift cards. In addition, ย Adamo Salon in Cohasset will be previewing their newest line of lip gloss, โBoston Mints." They will be performing complimentary cosmetic applications from 7-8.
The Hingham Mothersโ Club will be inviting all of its members, as well as extending the invitation to everyone who would like to attend. They will also be managing registration.ย
ย โThis is a truly tragic situationโ, ย Liz Klein, President of Hingham Mothersโ Club said in a press release. โWe would really like to help Markโs family, and we encourage everyone to stop by Sara Campbell for some amazing food and shopping.โ
