On Tuesday April 29th, the Milton Garden Club will host a lecture featuring Boston Globe Gardening columnist and Milton Garden club member, Carol Stocker. Ms. Stocker will share her thoughts on "The Future of Native Plantings in a Warming Climate". A social reception begins at 9:15 followed by the lecture at 10:00 am. Tours of the renovated Blue Hills Gateway Native Plant Garden and the Trailside Rain Garden, will be part of the morning program following the lecture and tours will run until 4:00 pm. There will also be an exhibition staged by the Club's Horticulture Committee themed "Jewels of Spring". All events are free and open to the public.
