Milton Hospital Begins Second Walking Club Session
The Milton Hospital walking club meets on Monday and Wednesday mornings for walks around the town.

recently kicked off the second session of its walking club led by Certified Fitness Trainer Maureen Conlon of Kneaded Therapy.
Every Monday and Wednesday at 6 a.m., Conlon leads a group of walkers on high-resistance courses through the Town of Milton.
“Participants of the summer session will learn proper warm-up and cool-down techniques, test and build flexibility and balance and participate in resistance training to increase strength and stamina,” reads a press release on the program.

The program, which ends August 31, also introduces ankle bands to elevate the participants’ workouts.
Each walk starts in the Highland parking lot at Milton Hospital. The cost is $7 per class and monthly rates are available. Children in strollers are free.
