Milton Man Charged With Exposing Himself to Quincy Woman

A Milton man was arraigned on one count of open and gross lewdness in Quincy District Court after following a woman to her Quincy home and exposing himself as he drove past her.

While the incident took place on Sept. 4, Matthew Scott, 18, admitted that he followed the woman in his car and fondled himself up to 10 times in the past two months according to Boston.com.

Why he did it? Not even Scott knows. In his statement police, he admits his intention to find help. Scott was released own his own recognizance and must wear a GPS tracker. He is due back in court on Dec. 9.
