Milton Masshousing Project Approval Letter For Blue Hill Avenue Project
The next step is for the developer to seek a comprehensive permit from Milton's Zoning Board of Appeals.

Following the Town’s opportunity to comment on the proposed development at 582 Blue Hill Avenue, the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency (MassHousing) has issued a Project Eligibility/Site Approval Letter, which includes Municipal Comments and MassHousing's Recommendations.
The next step is for the developer to seek a Comprehensive Permit from the Town's Zoning Board of Appeals. At that time, local boards, officials and members of the public are provided the opportunity to further review the Project to ensure compliance with applicable state and local standards and regulations.
