Mary Crowley

Mary Theresa Crowley, 86, of Milton passed away on June 6, 2013.  Wife of the late Robert J. Crowley.  Loving mother of Robert J. Crowley, Jr. and his wife Elizabeth and Brian E. Crowley and his wife Maria Cecilia all of New York.  Beloved grandmother of Sarah H. Crowley of Memphis and Charolette T. Crowley of New York.  Theresa  is also survived by her sister Virginia Williams of Duxbury.  She was predeceased by her siblings Edward Byrne, William Byrne and Catherine Gunn.

John Hurley

Hurley, John J. (ret. Chief Petty Officer, U.S. Navy), age 95, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, June 8. A Milton resident for almost 50 years, he was formerly from Lynn and a graduate of Lynn Classical High School. Mr. Hurley served for 22 years in the U.S. Navy. During WW II he served in Destroyers and Seaplane Tenders searching & destroying Nazi U-boats in the North Atlantic. He also served during the Korean Conflict.
