13 properties have gone under agreement in Milton so far this month. This is an incredible start to the home opener known as the Spring real estate market.

In the first 9 days of the month, there were 13 homes changed to either under agreement or marked as contingent. 

The 13 properties with status changes in the first 9 days of the month you are looking at about 47 days of marketing time.

The average price of these homes in Milton is $749,000.  The average price per square foot is $305.

Two of the 13 homes that went under agreement in Milton were listed for over 1 million.

The two homes that went under agreement in Milton that went under agreement for over 1 million were located off of Brush Hill Road on a new road that is being developed named Beechwood Lane

These two homes were located at 2 Beechwood Lane and 4 Beechwood Lane.  These were listed at $1,659,000 and $1,729,000.

 

The least expensive home put under agreement in Milton in April thus far is located at 366 Blue Hill Avenue. It was 2 bedroom & 2 bath ranch. This was on the market for only 26 days.

The quickest home to go under agreement was located at 7 Bradford Road which is located in the East Milton area off of Pleasant street. 

 

Now, I just want to put it into perspective for you. There are currently 51 properties on the market. In the last 30 days, there have been 17 closed sales.
