Milton Teacher, Track Coach Arrested for Indecent Assault
Dale Snyder allegedly engaged in unlawful contact with a young female student.

This afternoon [Friday, June 7], Milton Police Investigators obtained an arrest warrant for an Abington man. This ย warrant names ย one Dale Snyder DOB 2/23/49. ย
Mr. Snyder is employed as a teacher and girls track coach at Milton High School. Earlier this week, information was brought forward to this Department that this individual has allegedly engaged in unlawful conduct with a young female student.ย
He was immediately placed on administrative leave by the Milton School Administration.ย
Subsequent investigation by Milton Detectives ย with assistance from with the Norfolk County District Attorneyโs office, ย led to the issuance of the warrant in Quincy District Court. ย
Mr. Snyder was arrested by Milton Police at his Abington home. He has been charged with Indecent Assault and Battery on a Child over the age of 14, and two counts of Assault and Battery. ย ย
He is being held on $25,000 bail and will be ย arraigned in Quincy District Court on Monday morning June 10th at 9:00 am.
