Police Log: Driver Refuses to Stop for Officer

Tuesday, Jan. 6
At 3:43 p.m., police reported breaking and entering into a residence on Canton Avenue.
At 8:48 p.m., police reported a road rage incident in which an officer attempted to stop a vehicle but the operator refused at the intersection of Brook Road and Blue Hills Hospital. The officer followed the vehicle until the operator bailed in the area of Edson Street in Boston. An auto service towed the vehicle.

At 10:11 p.m., police reported larceny in which a party believes her neighbor is being scammed out of money on St. Agatha Road.

At 6:55 p.m., police reported a two car motor vehicle crash with property damage at the intersection of Reservation Road and Adams Street. One vehicle was towed.
At 9:28 p.m., police reported other crimes in which a caller reported two suspicious individuals running away from the dead end of Grove Street. Officers located one suspect who said his phone was stolen and chased the thief on foot and was able to recover his phone. The thief could not be located and was last seen leaving the area in a white Hyundai Tucson.
Thursday, Jan. 8
At 6:29 p.m., police reported suspicious activity on Parkway Crescent in which a 10-year-old received a suspicious text message that was not age appropriate and may have been automated.
At 11:07 p.m., police reported a two car motor vehicle accident on Brook Road.
