Police Log: Smashed Mailboxes, Assault and Battery, and More

September 26

8:36 a.m. - A 911 caller reported an altercation between a landlord and tenant on Warren Avenue. One party was placed under arrest for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. One party was transported to BI-MIlton Hospital.

8:52 p.m. - A 911 caller reported a possible drunk driver at the intersection of Brook Road and Central Avenue. One party was placed under arrest for an OUI.

September 27

7:27 p.m. - A caller reported a past vandalism to her motor vehicle. The victim stated that sometime today between 11:30 a.m. and 7:27 p.m., the rear windshield to her motor vehicle was broken. There were no suspects or witnesses.

September 28

1:32 a.m. - A caller reported that while returning home, she observed several mailboxes to have been vandalized and smashed pumpkins in the street. An officer reported that two homes on Artwill Street and one on Randolph Avenue had their mailboxes damaged.
