One of the serious problems is that because of our disorder we may not have weighed ourselves for months… maybe even years.

Before I overcame my own Post Traumatic Scale Disorder I would only wear elastic waist pants. So there would be no clue about my weight gain since my pants stretched with my increased size. And remember I mentioned that I only looked in the mirror from the neck up? So no clue there.
And so it went on year after year after year November through January. Until that fateful day.
