Suspect in Custody for Recent Milton House-Breaks
A call from a resident led to an arrest of the suspect who allegedly broke into Milton Homes.
Milton police reported that on Monday, because of a keen observation of a Milton resident, a suspect is now in custody related to the recent break-ins that happened on Granite Ave. and Riverside Ave.
Police said that the resident saw a man twice in the same morning in her neighborhood; once he went into a home and ran away. Milton police responded to the 911 call and found the suspects, who were parked on the wrong side of the road.
"The subject has been charged with multiple felony counts and will be arraigned in Quincy District Court," said Milton Police on its Facebook page. "Once again we have a case that illustrates just how vital a role all residents play in the protection of our community. Very good job by all today!"
