He was convicted of one count of dissemination of matter harmful to minors, three counts of dissemination of child pornography, seven counts of posing or exhibiting a child in state of nudity or sexual conduct, eight counts of purchase or possession of child pornography in 2009.

Rudolph Pratt, 54, works in Milton with a PO Box of 5216. He was convicted of two counts of rape and abuse of a child and four counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years old in 2006.
