NATICK, Ma., (October 25, 2013) - The American Healthcare Association/National Center for Assisted Living, AHCA/NCAL, recently honored Lisa Kubiak, Executive Director of Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center in Natick, Ma., with a Bronze National Quality Award at their Annual Meeting in Phoenix, Ariz. on October 6, 2013.
The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program offers a path for providers of long term care services to strive for performance excellence. The program is based on the core values and criteria of the Aldridge Performance Excellence Program.
The Quality Award program has three progressive levels which include Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each performance level includes increasingly challenging performance measures. Applications are judged by trained examiners who provide feedback on opportunities for improvement to encourage continuous learning. Facilities must achieve an award at each level to progress to the next level.
