The Planning Board will also meet in executive session about the Route 9 car wash lawsuit, then hold public hearings on zoning changes and a proposed Chick-fil-A at 1235 Worcester Street.
• Developer files suit against Natick Planning Board over Route 9 car wash permit rejection (natickreport.com) — A developer has sued the Natick Planning Board in Massachusetts Land Court after its bid for a Prestige Car Wash on Route 9 west was denied in June. The complaint seeks to overturn the decision and criticizes the board's conduct, while Natick officials and attorneys are weighing their response and possible mediation.
