Here's a "shout-out" about our wonderful Natick Trails Day, (10/19) in the MWDN sometime before this Sat. It's going to be a spectacular autumn day on the Trails as we focus on our Flagship green space, The Hunnewell Town Forest (100 acres). We'll be addressing erosion issues, hacking back invasives, rerouting a couple of trails blocked by enormous "blowdowns" from Superstorm Sandy, and recruiting folks to become Trail Stewards. This will be our Fourth Annual Natick Trails Day, and it's a collaborative effort between the Natick Town Forest and Natick Trails Maintenance Committees. We hope to spark interest and enthusiasm about our Natick Trails, have fun, and make new friends. --Pat
