For the past three years we've conducted a pilot outdoor recycling program in Framingham. We're having good luck with it. The Buddy Bins work. We're hoping to encourage the Town to adopt a comprehensive outdoor recycling program at parks, schools, ballfields and downtown (like Natick and more recently, Wayland). Many thanks to my several volunteers who have helped with this project. It's challenging because Framingham is so big. Let's continue to reduce that human footprint. We can do it. --Pat
