Hi Friends,
Today during our BHLF Trail Buddy Session (12/4), Tom Lally and I had an opportunity to visit and "tidy up" both Pegan Cove and Coolidge Hill. Both areas in good shape, despite recent party and fire activity. The hard core party people now put most of their empty containers and trash in the barrels and bins. No broken bottles; maybe 12 - 15 strays here and there. Almost all of the red oak seedlings were surviving. No sign of the motorized ATV rascal who was ripping up Pegan Cove last spring.
I'm getting a little encouraged. The views are exquisite. Get out and
hike the trails when you get a chance. And thanks for you interest and
help w/ the Natick Trails.
