Learn More About Northeastern Institute of Cannabis

The medical marijuana school in Natick is holding open houses.

The Northeastern Institute of Cannabis is welcoming the greater New England community to a series of open houses at our brand new Natick facility in September, it announced on its Facebook page.

During the open houses, people have a chance to tour the facility, meet with instructors, network with members of the cannabis community and learn more about the courses, which begin Sept. 22.

With interest as far away as Spain and Russia, this trade school, so to speak, recently opened and has two classrooms, and will train medical dispensary workers. There are others in Massachusetts, including the New England Grass Roots Institute and the Cannabis Career Institute.

Open houses take place on Wednesday, Sept. 17, from 7-9 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 20, from 10 a.m. to noon and Friday, Sept. 26, from 4-6 p.m.
