Natick Honoring 60th Anniversary Of March On Washington

NATICK, MA — Communities and organizations across the country will take Saturday to honor the 60th anniversary of the March on Washington.

The march, which culminated with the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.'s famous "I Have A Dream" speech, will also be recognized in Natick.

On Saturday, Natick officials, alongside the Morse Institute Library and community members will present what they are calling a "continuation of The Dream."

The community will meet at the Natick Town Common Gazebo at 10 a.m. with a march to Morse Library scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Once there, the Lebowitz Meeting Hall will serve as a place to reflect on the event.
