Natick Police Look for Hit and Run Suspect

First she apologized, say police. Then she took off.

NATICK, MA—Police are looking for a suspect that was involved in a hit and run who first apologized for the accident, and then left.

"You have to wonder why a person would leave the scene of an accident when staying and giving your information would be the easiest alternative," wrote Natick police. "By fleeing and not providing your information you face a Fine, a Head Injury Surcharge and License Suspension."

The Victim described the Suspect as African American in her late twenties or thirties. Her hair was held back by a purple headband and it appears she may wear glasses. The incident occurred today on Aug. 31 just before noon at Routes 9 and 27.
