Natick Zoning Board of Appeals: Riverbend Case Revived
The Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday addresses an agenda that includes discussion of Riverbend of South Natick.

The Natick Zoning Board of Appeals will revisit a case for “further consideration” at its next meeting.
In an agenda that includes 10 cases, the board leads off its meeting on Monday, Aug. 17, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall by discussing 34 Lincoln St., Inc., which is commonly known as Riverbend of South Natick.
“The case has been remanded back to the Zoning Board for further consideration whether the proposed changes in the existing structure are ‘substantially’ more detrimental to the neighborhood.”

The petitioner of the property is requesting permission to raze the condemned structure located at Parcel 2 and to construct a new wing on the nursing home located at Parcel 1 and also to confirm the continued legal use of the parking as presently configured.
Other agenda items include Mechanics Guild looking to construct a second dwelling with two condo unit at 19 Eliot St. and Natick Common Residences requesting a permit to construct a five-story mixed use structure at 23-31 South Main St.
