Hi Folks, Just want to congratulate and thank the RA (Resident Assistants) at Framingham State University for helping today with one of the most challenging infestations of Asian bittersweet and multiflora rose I've ever seen (and I've worked on some nasty ones) along the wood buffer at Main St. and the Sudbury River. For some of you who don't know, the Sudbury River is one of the most beautiful rivers in the Eastern USA. These wood buffers are critical to wildlife and water quality. This crew did a remarkable job of cutting back the "stranglers" and picking up a sad amount of roadside and woodland trash. When you get a chance, thank FSU and these outstanding young men and women who provide leadership in their school. Hope to get an opportunity to work with them again. Today they made a major contribution to the earth and their community, I'd also like to thank my good friend, Nick Jenkins, (at Dunkin Donuts) for providing coffee and refreshments. He's incredibly. --Pat
