NATICK, MA — Authorities are still investigating the circumstances of a serious Aug. 18 hit-and-run in Natick that left a local couple seriously injured, and are now seeking tips from the public.
In a joint statement Thursday, Natick police and the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office said that the driver of the pickup truck involved in the hit-and-run may have had contact with other drivers on Aug. 18. The driver may have also been seen in Sherborn and Holliston before the hit-and-run.
"During the subsequent investigation police learned that the driver of the vehicle may have been seen or been in contact with the operators of other vehicles including a tan or brown sport utility vehicle and a black sedan that were also travelling in the area of Washington Avenue prior to the crash," the statement said.
