NATICK, MA — In late September of 2016, the MBTA formed a Framingham/Worcester Line Schedule Working Group to create an "accurate, effective and reliable service that meets the needs of the ridership while taking into account the assets of the operation – infrastructure, equipment and personnel."
Elected officials, MBTA staff, Keolis staff, ridership and ridership groups make up this collection. This group has created a schedule proposal that will be presented by MBTA and Keolis officials at three public meetings listed below.
The MBTA will be seeking public comment at these meetings and online.
