Natick Diner Picked As Massachusetts' Most Historic Fast Food Joint
The diner was picked by food and lifestyle website Love Food.
NATICK, MA — A Natick diner as picked as the most historic fast food joint in Massachusetts.
Food and lifestyle website Love Food selected Casey's Diner as the top spot in the state.
"One of the oldest operating diners in the US, Casey’s has been around in one incarnation or another since 1890, when it existed as a four-stool horse-drawn wagon," Love Food said of Casey's.

"Having been passed from father to son for four generations, the current lunch car location was built in 1922 — and it's been in downtown Natick since 1927," Love Food said. "The local landmark falls into the fast food realm thanks to its specialty steamed hot dogs, known for having a distinctive 'snap' when they’re bitten into."
