How Will Federal Funding Help The Charles River Watershed? Rep. Clark Explains On Monday

NATICK, MA — Massachusetts Congresswoman and Democratic Whip Katherine Clark will be in Natick on Monday afternoon to discuss how federal funding will help the Charles River Watershed.
Clark is set to join the Charles River Watershed Association at 12 p.m. at Natick High School to discuss how federal funds will be used to manage storm runoff and mitigate flooding in Natick and across the Charles River Watershed.
Last year, Clark secured $400,000 in federal funding to help the CRWA mitigate flood risks and bolster local climate resilience, her office said.

This, of course, comes after storms ravaged New England in recent weeks, bringing flooding and immense damage to communities across the region.
