Snow Day Means Time To Play For Natick Kids
With 15.2 inches of snow dumped on the town, it was a winter wonderland for kids on their day off from school.
NATICK, MA- The forecast for a winter storm sure was spot on and students of Natick's Public Schools couldn't have been happier.
Equip with hats, gloves, some snow tubes and nothing but time on their hands students made the most of their day off on Monday and they weren't the only ones. Teachers and parents took to Twitter to show off their snow day plans, wading through snow and building forts in their backyard.
Natick Superintendent Anna Nolin started the Twitter session Sunday night with a tweet that read "Hey Redhawk Nation. I assign sleeping late, snow and fort making tomorrow. Post your pics," adding #naticksnowdaymatters #natickps.
