Starches and carbs the size of your fist. That is the combination of carbs and starches. Fats the size of your thumb nail, that includes salad dressing, butter and any other fat. When it comes to greens you can eat as much as you like if they are raw or steamed, naked nothing on them!! Drink water or tea before and after your meal.
