When are you eating and why? Do you find yourself eating late at night? There are many good reasons why you eat late at night and most of then do not involve being hungry. Eating anything after 7 P.M. is not the healthiest choice but if you ask yourself am I hungry I think you will find out that you might be tired, board, lonely or just need to do something with your hands. Hunger is not on your list of needs.
Try going to sleep earlier. A good night sleep of 8 to 9 hours is needed to function at optimum levels. If it is too early to go to bed try a relaxing shower or bath. Take on a project or a jigsaw puzzle. All these will take your mind off of eating and will keep your mind and hands busy.
