A Little Bit Country
John Penny Band performed at Memorial Park for summer concert series Arts in the Park.
The John Penny Band delighted many at their Arts in the Park performance at Memorial Park on Thursday, Aug. 4. Set up in an old-fashioned gazebo, the band played many country and western favorites dating back to the 1950s.
Based in Waltham, the John Penny Band has won many awards for their performances as well as the charitable contributions they have made to the communities in which they perform. They have backed up more than 100 recording artists in Nashville and across the United States.
