Needham Bank names Eric R. Morse as First Vice President of Marketing and Retail Sales

NEEDHAM, MA, ISSUED DECEMBER 28, 2012… Needham Bank, with branches throughout the Greater Boston area, announces that Eric R. Morse of Dover, MA has been named First Vice President of Marketing and Retail Sales.

In this role, he is responsible for all of the Bank’s marketing activities, including community involvement, public relations, charitable giving, advertising, web/social media initiatives, business development and branch administration.

Mr. Morse joins Needham Bank with 20 years of
experience in the banking industry. Prior to Needham Bank, he was a Managing Partner with Caber Partners, a Boston-based financial services management consulting practice. 

Previously, Mr. Morse was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Development at The Boston Company, Global Chief Marketing Officer at CIBC World Markets, and Senior Vice President/Corporate Marketing
Director at Fleet Financial Group.  Prior to his career in the banking industry, he was a Senior Vice President and Equity Partner at Arnold Advertising. 

Mr. Morse graduated from Hebron Academy in Maine and
received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Skidmore College in Saratoga, NY.

Originally from Brookline, Mr. Morse makes his home
in Dover; he is the father of three grown daughters.  He serves as Treasurer of the A.C. Ratshesky Foundation in Boston, is a former Governor of Wellesley Country Club and former Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees at
Hebron Academy.
