Needham Bank names John Whittaker as Assistant Vice President Customer & Marketing Analytics

NEEDHAM, MA, ISSUED NOVEMBER 21, 2012… Needham Bank, with five branches throughout the greater Boston area has named John Whittaker of South Boston as
Assistant Vice President, Customer & Marketing Analytics, operating from the main office in Needham.

In this role, Mr. Whittaker will analyze the bank’s product performance within specific markets in an effort to provide an enhanced user experience for customers.

Prior to joining Needham Bank, Mr. Whittaker was the Marketing Director at MIS Training Institute in Southborough, MA; previously he was with NEACH (New
England Automated Clearing House Association) in Burlington, MA as Marketing Director.

Mr. Whittaker graduated from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

Originally from Duxbury, Mr. Whittaker now lives in South Boston where in his spare time he enjoys baseball and golf.
