Bias-Related Symbol Discovered, Trespassing, And More: Needham Police Log
The following is from the Needham Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned don't imply conviction.

September 25
9:45 a.m. - An officer was dispatched to a 1st Avenue parking garage for a report of vandalism. There were bias related symbols scratched into the concrete. The vandalism took place to the building sometime between Sept. 22-25. The matter is under investigation.
10:00 a.m. - An officer was dispatched to a Kendrick Street address for report of an abandoned motor vehicle. It was determined that the vehicle was unregistered, uninsured and bearing attached plates. The vehicle was towed and the owner, a 33-year-old Chelmsford man was issued a summons for the violations.

7:50 a.m. - An officer responded to a 1st Avenue business for a report of breaking and entering and graffiti. After an investigation two 19-year-old Mount Ida students were issued summons for trespassing and malicious destruction of property.
8:30 a.m. - An officer was dispatched to a Highland Avenue address for a report of juveniles smoking marijuana behind a business. The juveniles were located, identified, and returned to school for follow up with school and parents.
9:00 a.m. - A Perrault Road resident reported that his mother was scammed last month. He stated that he has a joint bank account with his mother and back in August, an unknown party called his mother and stated that she needed to wire money to her grandson who needed help. She withdrew money from her Bank of America account and wired money to an unknown party. He contacted Bank of America Fraud division, Wells Fargo fraud department, and credit bureaus. The incident is under investigation.
2:30 p.m. - A resident of Melrose Avenue reported that she was missing a ring.
