Business Break-Ins, Window Peeper: Needham Police Log
The following is from the Needham Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned don't imply conviction.

February 7
12:00 a.m. - A resident of Brighton reported he lost his iPhone at a Greendale Avenue construction site. He activated the "find my iPhone" app and Apple said it was last located in Manchester, New Hampshire. Needham and Manchester police are investigating.
3:30 p.m. - A resident of Brookline Street reported that someone had stolen his identity and used it to get money from his bank account. The bank was notified and is investigating.

February 8
9:45 a.m. - A Webster Street resident reported that she received a 1099-K tax form from PayPal. She had not done any business with PayPal. They were notified and cancelled the account.

3:00 p.m. - An officer stopped a motor vehicle for a traffic violation. The operator, a 28-year-old Boston woman, was summoned for unlicensed operation.
February 9
11:27 p.m. - An officer observed a vehicle commit a marked lanes violation at the intersection of Chapel and May streets. Following a traffic stop and brief investigation, the operator, a 37-year-old Watertown man, was summoned to court for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
4:50 a.m. - An officer responded to a Great Plain Avenue business for report of a break-in. Two businesses in the area had been forcibly entered overnight. Both businesses had multiple items stolen from them. Needham Police Detectives and State Police Crime Scene Services processed the scene. The incident is under investigation.
10:20 a.m. - An officer stopped a vehicle on for no inspection sticker. The operator, a 53-year-old Rochester woman, will be summoned to court for operating with a suspended license.
10:45 a.m. - An officer stopped a vehicle on for no inspection sticker. The operator of the vehicle, a 34-year-old Randolph woman, will be summoned to court for operating with revoked registration.
5:30 p.m. - An officer responded to a Dawson Drive residence for a report of suspicious footprints in the snow in the backyard of the residence. This matter is under investigation.
6:00 p.m. - An officer responded to Oxbow Road for a report of a person looking in the windows of a residence. The incident is under investigation.
February 12
9:30 a.m. - An officer pulled a vehicle over on Walnut Street. After a brief investigation the operator, a 35-year-old Franklin man, was issued a summons for not having insurance, driving with revoked registration, and driving without inspection sticker. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
