Needham, MA — If not for a well-positioned police cruiser, it could have been an even worse night for a man from Cumberland, R.I.

Kody Hebert,23, of Cumberland, RI was arrested on June 19 and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He was arraigned in Dedham District Court and is free on the promise that he'll return for his next court date.

At 1:45 a.m., police discovered a vehicle stopped at the stop of the Interstate 95 South ramp on Highland Avenue with an allegedly passed out driver, according to a police report obtained at Dedham District Court.
