Dedham Man Unruly in Needham Restaurant, Arrested for OUI
The Needham PD supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Sept. 8
- At 12:01 a.m., several Needham officers responded to Andrea Circle for a report of a disturbance inside a residence. It was a false report from a third party.
- At 7:25 a.m., police stopped Marlborough resident Joseph Felton, who was arrested for two default warrants out of Millis and Sherborn. He will also be charged for operating on a suspended license. Joshua felton, 53, 139 Broadmeadow Road, Marlborough
- At 9:30 a.m., police stopped a car driving down Highland Ave. The operator, a 32-year-old Norwood man, will be summonsed to court for operating with a suspended license.
Tuesday, Sept. 9
- At 1:30 p.m., a Linden Street resident came to the station to report that someone had stolen a kickstand from his bicycle

- At 12:50 a.m., a 52-year-old West Street resident was given a citation for failure to stay in marked lanes when his vehicle veered from Central Ave. and struck a fire hydrant
- Police responded to Chapel Street municipal parking lot for the report of a disturbance that occurred in a nearby restaurant. The staff called to report an unruly patron. The patron had left the restaurant and got in his car and began to drive away. After a brief investigation, the driver was arrested. Peter Winslow McConchie, 30, 134 Bussey St., Apt. 1, Dedham, was arrested and charged with OUI
