Library Programs Offer Sampling of Australia, Africa
The Friends of the Needham Library will be sponsoring programs this month that will take guests across continents.

The Needham Free Public Library is bringing in a taste of Australia this week with Didgeridoo Down Under, a multi-faceted program for ages three and up. Presented by Lindsay Dank, the event will take place on Aug. 11 at 11 a.m.
Dank is a Gainesville, Fla. native who has played and personally fashioned didgeridoos for the last eight years. Dank and his team will use music, puppetry and art to convey comedy, environmental education and character building, according to Library representatives. Audience participation will additionally be a large part of the show.
The program is sponsored by the Friends of the Needham Public Library as part of the Go Green @ Your Library initiative. More information can be found at 781-455-7559.
