About VNA Care
VNA Care is a nonprofit visiting nurse association that provides a wide range of home- and community-based health care services in Eastern and Central Massachusetts. VNA Care’s home health services focus on helping people with injuries and illnesses, such as COPD, cardiac disease, diabetes, total joint replacement and wounds, improve their health while continuing to live independently. When an illness is terminal, VNA Care’s hospice team brings comfort and support to patients and their loved ones. Hospice care is provided in patients’ homes and three hospice residences (Stanley R. Tippett Hospice Home in Needham, Elizabeth Evarts de Rham Hospice Home in Cambridge, and the Rose Monahan Hospice Home in Worcester).
