Dr. Bejian of Needham donates his time and expertise.
Local Orthodontist travels to Armenia to help those with dental needs
The Metropolitan District Dental Society is proud to honor Drs. Alex Bejian of Needham,
Dr.Berdj Kiladjian, Dr. Arnie Weiss, and Dr. George Vosgerichian.
For the past 7 years Dr. Alex Bejian has accompanied Dr. Berdj Kiladjian, Dr. George
Vosgerichian, and Dr. Arnie Weiss on a humanitarian trip to four free dental clinics in the Stepankert are of Artsakh in Armenia. They lecture, educate, teach and advise the dentists and dental personnel how to treatment plan, and perform dental procedures in both the pediatric and orthodontic specialties.
In addition to lecturing and teaching in the clinic there, they conduct dental screenings in the elementary schools to evaluate the decay and document the changes that have occurred since the inception of these four dental clinics. The Metropolitan District Dental Society of Massachusetts commends Dr. Bejian and his colleagues for all their selfless charitable dental care they have provided to those less fortunate in Armenia.
